After graduating from James Madison High School, Howard attended Kingsborough Community College for two reasons, the first would be to begin his college education and the second reason was try to get on the college's radio station. That was not a easy cookie to crack as they were not looking for anyone to be on air or help out at that radio station. Howard started looking into CSB and went for a studio tour, auditioned, and was accepted. But this fairy tale story was not meant to be at that time as Howard could not get the money to attend the school, so he dream career had to be put on hold again. He became a student at CSB. Howard got his diploma and immediately dove into working on radio shows. The first one was a morning variety show that had A LOT of VARIETY called "The Morning O.J." But his real passion was to talk about sports and along with the help of fellow CSB grad Barry Anthony Hall(a co-host from "The Morning O.J.") we created The Power Play Show thus allowing Howard to realize the start of his new career.
